Nature-powered thinking for modern workplaces
Wild Corporate Sessions
Wild sessions that cut through workplace noise and bring people back grounded, focused and connected.
What are the benefits of workplace nature-based sessions?
Workplace Wellness Doesn't Have To Take Place Within Four Walls...
Modern work is noisy. Constant notifications, back-to-back meetings, and screen fatigue quietly drain focus, creativity, and resilience. Taking people outdoors changes that—fast.
Outdoor sessions aren’t about doing less work—they’re about doing better work. Whether it’s leadership reflection, team connection, or resetting after pressure, nature provides a neutral, grounding space where insight comes more easily and conversations go deeper.
Below, you’ll find more information about these sessions, what they look like in practice, and how they can support your people and your organisation.
These Wild Corporate Sessions are co-facilitated by Helen Kewell – a qualified counsellor in private practice, and also a writer, educator and facilitator with 30 years organisational change experience.
We have two main branches to our sessions – Wild Wellness Workshops and Wild Leadership Workshops – below is a description to give you an idea of which most suits your needs. They are both nature-based with some focus on what we can learn about ourselves in a natural environment that we can’t experience inside.
Both of these sessions can be run as a half or full day – either as offered or more bespoke should there be a particular area the team feels they need focus on. We also offer a 2 hour input that can be added to a larger traning day.
We have a number of outdoor spaces that can be used in the West Sussex area, are happy to source suitable spaces local to you or travel to your workplace.
Wild Wellness Workshop
Focuses on finding ways to remove the distractions to enable us to be present with their wants and needs, how we can then communicate and be boundaried with our colleagues as well as discovering tools to help us de-stress.
Wild Leadership Workshop
More direct focus around self-awareness for those in leadership – including what can get in the way of understanding themselves as leaders and how they adapt to change or transitions.

“The session run by Laura and Helen for our staff was wonderful. They made us feel safe and reassured that all feelings were welcome. It was lovely to see some in the group who initially felt unsure embrace the experience thanks to their guidance. Connecting with nature, slowing down and giving ourselves a break from a busy work life can feel hard but is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend Laura and Helen for any group or employer – Michelle, Manager, East Surrey Domestic Abuse Service.
“Connecting with nature is definitely helpful, as well as slowing down my pace and quieting my mind. Was really useful to share with others as well as listen to others and facilitators held that well.”
“It was really nice to be in a calm space with my colleagues, it really helped with getting to know them in a different way, I felt listened to and the discussions and silence helped me to destress.”
“A good way to set boundaries and find a safe space.”
“The team and I had a great experience doing the Wild Wellbeing session. It was refreshing to put ourselves in a different environment, and to open up and reflect in ways that we wouldn’t in the office or company events” – Nick, Managing Director, KCL
