Connecting With Nature And Each Other

Building community is the motivator and at the heart of the workshops and groups that I run. Whilst, in some ways, the modern world allows us to connect in more ways than we ever thought possible, I regularly hear clients talk about a feeling of disconnection and loneliness. For our ancestors, our ability to thrive and survive depended on community and, whilst this may no longer be so true for our physical safety, I still believe our emotional safety has roots in a sense of community. Gathering around a fire was also a way in which we passed down wisdom, both through generations of people as well as from the natural world, and a place to celebrate the events of the solar calendar (for example Solstice and Equinox).

With that in mind, below is information about my upcoming groups, workshops and events. I also put together workshops for corporate and team connection days, and can organise private outdoor group experiences. Please get in touch to find out more.

Come and join us for the Wild-hearted Women Group.

We will start with a mindful walk, spend some solo time connecting with nature and then gather together around the fire to talk, empower and support each other with whatever is present for us.

This monthly group takes place outside in a beautiful woodland in East Grinstead.

To make it inclusive, payment is by donation – but you still need to book a space as there are limited numbers.

The next group takes place on 27th April

Come and join us on the evening of the Summer Solstice.

We will reflect on our year so far, set intentions for the Summer months, consider gratitude and reciprocity for what the natural world provides for us and experience the nurture of an EcoNidra guided meditation – preparing us for the chaos of Summer!

We will enjoy the sunset together as we pause before tipping into the next season.

As this celebration has its roots in nature, we will try to spend as much time as possible outside around the fire pit as part of the celebration, but if the weather is not on our side there is a a beautiful bell tent that will keep us cosy.
